The terms and conditions governing your use of FinDynamics.

1. Terms & conditions

  1. Welcome to www.zubeinsure.in website (the “Site”) operated by FINDYNAMICS INSURANCE BROKERS PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “FinDynamics”) to provide an easy way to buy Insurance products from multiple Insurance Companies. FinDynamics Insurance is a licensed Insurance Broking Company holding a Direct Broking (Life & General) licence from The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) vide Registration No: 1059.
  2. FinDynamics provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. Before you use the portal, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions along with the Terms of Use (ToU) and the Privacy Policy. Use of any functionality of the portal constitutes acceptance of this Terms & Conditions.
  3. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Terms & Conditions without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Portal / site signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Terms & Conditions.
  4. This Site provides users with access to information primarily focusing on insurance products and services offered therein. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinDynamics has no liability in relation to or arising out of the Website Information and Website recommendations. You are responsible for the final choice of your product and you should take time to read through all information supplied before proceeding. If you are in any doubt regarding a product or its terms you should seek further advice from FinDynamics or the relevant participating provider before choosing your product.
  5. By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide for you, either directly or indirectly (hereafter referred to as ‘Resources’), you agree to use these Resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by (a) the terms of this User Agreement, and (b) applicable laws, regulations and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.
  6. We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
  7. In consideration of your use of the Portal / site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdiction and will only use the Portal / site to make legitimate purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act (and will inform such other persons about the ToU and/or Privacy Policy) that apply to the purchase you have made on their behalf (including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto). In order to access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Resources. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
  8. If you use the Portal / site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You agree to notify FinDynamics immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  9. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinDynamics Insurance Brokers Private Limited and its directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this ToU or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account.
  10. When you use the Portal / site or send emails to FinDynamics, you are communicating with FinDynamics electronically. You consent to receive communications from FinDynamics electronically. FinDynamics may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Portal / site or by phone or usually available means of communication. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
  11. The Portal / site or third parties may provide links to other World Wide Web portal / sites or resources. Because FinDynamics has no control over such portal / sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that FinDynamics is not responsible for the availability of such external portal / sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such portal / sites or resources.
  12. By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are “as is” and “as available”. This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:
    • The use of our Resources will meet your needs or requirements.
    • The use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors.
    • The information obtained by using our Resources will be accurate or reliable, and any defects in the operation or functionality of any Resources we provide will be repaired or corrected.
  13. All content and materials available on https://care.zubera.one/ including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of FinDynamics Insurance Brokers Private Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by FinDynamics Insurance Brokers Private Limited.
  14. FinDynamics does not warrant or guarantee the timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the Website Information or quality of the results obtained from the use of the Website.
  15. By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
  16. I hereby authorize FinDynamics and his representatives to communicate with me on the given number for my insurance needs. I am aware that this authorization will override my registry under NDNC.
  17. If you have any questions or comments about our Terms of Service as outlined above, you can contact us at the details below.
  18. Please make sure that you have entered correct PYP No. and declared correct previous year NCB Status (NCB should be zero if you have made a claim last year). Insurance company may cancel your policy or reject your claim if found incorrect PYP or NCB.
  19. I hereby confirm that my previous policy type is Comprehensive and I have entered correct PYP details and previous year NCB Status.
